According to the National standardization program of 2019 VNISI named after S.I. Vavilov has developed and presented for public consideration the first drafts of four National Standards:

Rotterdam, one of the most dynamic cities in the Netherlands and the largest port in Europe, hosted the LUCI City under Microscope gathering over 170 city representatives and lighting professionals from 35 cities on 27 – 29 March 2019.

On March 11, 2019 the call for projects was announced for the annual «Russian Lighting Design» Awards, that will take place for the 18-th time within the framework of Interlight Russia | Intelligent building Russia exhibition.

On its web site VNISI has started the registration of participants for the International Scientific and Technical Greenhouses Lighting Conference, which is going to take place on 9-10 September 2019 in Moscow.

Organized by The Russian National Committee of CIE VNISI (Russian Lighting Institute named after S.I. Vavilov) with the support of CIE, IEC, Scientific and Technical Council of the Russian Lighting Industry NTS "Svetotechnika", Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy and Interlight Moscow powered by Light + Building.

On September 9 and 10, 2019 the International scientific and technical conference on lighting for greenhouses will be held in Moscow. VNISI is the organizer of the event powered by the International Commission on Illumination, International Electrotechnical Commission, Scientific and Technical Council of the Russian Lighting Industry NTS "Svetotekhnika", The Association “Greenhouses of Russia” and Messe Frankfurt RUS.
