International scientific and technical conference on lighting for greenhouses

On September 9 and 10, 2019 the International scientific and technical conference on lighting for greenhouses will be held in Moscow. VNISI is the organizer of the event powered by the International Commission on Illumination, International Electrotechnical Commission, Scientific and Technical Council of the Russian Lighting Industry NTS "Svetotekhnika", The Association “Greenhouses of Russia” and Messe Frankfurt RUS.

The topic of phyto irradiators and their application in protected ground horticulture is of great current interest and one of the most vital ones nowadays not only in Russia, but also worldwide. The fact that the world community is interested in the astonishing progress and performance of the Russian scientists working in this area attracts attention from the largest international organizations and specialists.

The program of the conference includes speeches of the leading Russian and international experts in the field of greenhouses lighting, such as lighting engineers and biologists. The experts represent international scientific organizations, as well as the producers in lighting engineering and crop-growing industry. The organizer invites a variety of professionals to take part in the conference. These include all specialists in the areas of lighting engineering and horticulture, members of scientific, educational and social associations dealing with problems of irradiation equipment for protected grounds and employment of lighting engineering in agricultural sector.

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Online registration for participants and abstracts submission are open since February. The abstracts submission deadline expires on the 15-th of May, 2019.
